Part of the fun of growing microgreens is finding new combinations and adding new varieties.
We plan to introduce larger combo trays in mid November:
– Super Greens — broccoli, kale with a splash of mustard
– Kalefetti & Radish — colorful kale blend paired with crunch, spicy radish
– Spicy Pesto Blend — arugula and basil
– Colorful Blend — still working on this one : )
