Ingredients:
Salad:
– 3 dates, pitted and sliced
– Several handfuls of microgreens
– 2 thin slices of red onion
– 1 mandarin orange, peeled and separated
– ½ avocado, sliced
– Seeds: pumpkin, chia, flax, pinenuts, etc. (any combination)
Dressing:
– 1-2 Tbsp Date syrup
– Juice of ½ lemon
Preparation:
Combine salad ingredients, drizzle with dressing. Add a dash of sea salt & pepper (optional). Serve immediately.
